2013

This year has been interesting , many emotions , some things I did not think that would happen ... I think it was a year of " germination " , because although I've enjoyed it - I enjoyed with my friends , my partner , my family - also has been a year of hard work. I haven’t many aspirations , except try to be conscious of what I do and do not ... remember the bad things that have to do with disappointments or unveiling of things that did not look like now ... however , I believe that life is not just being - the particle doesn’t stand without his universe , that there may well also have to be bad , etc. . - I be finishing the university studies is one of the things I most value , because you just have to wait ... professional practice has been one of most important events because it allowed me to appreciate things before unknown , of what remains of this year I intend to finish I set out to work and earning finish the whole project by postulating some friends : the "Taller de Artes y Oficios JGM" that we are creating an event that would allow me to make sense , or landing next year. Also, it was important and what is and will be, the birth of my nephew Joaquín of 4 months old !

Anyway , I think project life through the years has both good and bad : good , because you can land ideas and decisions of your life , and bad , because thinking short term things makes you lose interest in things outside one sees the ... issue often difficult coexistence.

chilean people

I would not be able say the one who is the best Chilean of the world. But yes, that knowledge is the most valuable of Chile.
This country, along all his existence it has been characterized by the domain of a class that has monopolized not only the economy, and the politics, but also the culture and the mass media, besides the food and the raw materials that abound in this country.
Knowing this, I reject any politician and any businessman, while, they always have remained to the dominant classes. The mass media and the culture (how it is thought) have been instruments of this plutocracy. And though the history of this country has been lowered by Bosses, it will be in the simple people where he finds the best of this land.
The persons who gather the garbage, the peasants, the fishermen, the artesanas, those of the north and those of the south ... all the half-caste ones (some more that others), all the worthy ones of this land.

I would not ask anything them, only I would speak with them, would listen to them and I would analyze the forms in which they have managed to live … it is supposed that without education it is not possible to live, but of what education and about what life we speak … in them is more than poverty and 'endiucación' since they think some

GOOD SENSE

From child I have been a bit untid, do not make attention to the classes great and it overwhelms me to be sat in a room writing, writing and respecting. It is because of it, that now that already I am finishing the university, I want to begin to dedicate more time to revealing in to do. I am not shy but if I have realized that the life, the particular Chilean system, has wanted to put the foot it raises. I come from a popular family and in spite of that i studied in emblematic lyceums, I never felt that it was making me happy. Lyceums as this they were making depress several companions. We begin many to drug ourselves in this time (till now)

They were men's colleges, with great it disciplines and few sensibility, children of "Carrera" and with the mathematics overflowing for the ears. I studied in humanist, without me much liked to read and then, I entered to sociology without knowing what age really. Now that I am finishing the career of sociology, I believe that finally I will be able to begin to reveal in what latently has demonstrated in my: to write, about writing poetry, about revealing in her; about singing and doing performance in that pertube the sickly fears that are accentuated in this Chile.

I want to travel and  realize me that the life is not only in what I believe of her, and that for the same thing there never exists certainty that costs a sorrow. I have realized that this world does not want that you reveal yourself, because of it it you fills with things, and things, to forget that we are human and that it to be it is that to be discovering day after day; As buildings are ruined, the categorical judgments fade away in the own experience. The today life needs from your insecurity, to reveal is realize that we exist in the present and that the history spent as the projections towards the future, they are only words.

I want that in my life, the conscience of my acts they take me for a sensible way, not well not even villain, because the good thing to be supported needs from the bad thing, and because the really important only thing is the love.

cooking is love

I have been going to restaurant to eat, not to many, but it might not say that there should be one that stands out. I am a university and alive student with a group of friends, for the same thing I do not walk thinking very much about some place where to lead a girl to eating or something for the style. My family preferred spending the money in familiar lunches, for this reason I do not frequent restaurants. But not because of it I will say that I do not enjoy on eat out. I like to cook, the majority of the times what since I itself prepare. Already be pastas, meats, breakfasts and lunches; to conquer a girl or to receive the friends, I like that they celebrate my eaten ones, do them with love and wait for it for gratitude.

I have made plates that he had never tasted before, remember that once I did an octopus to the olive tree to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend, without having eaten it before, without never having prepared an octopus, my invited one remained astonished, saying that was remaining like in the restaurants to which she was going. Again I did a cream of zapallo, or breads or queques, or tortillas, or rice, or juices, etc. I like to cook, but yes, one of the things that I am going to do when it is stable economically will be to buy rich and healthy food to prepare my dear beings for him.

BOLIVIA

The summer that happened, we decide together with my girlfriend to travel to Bolivia. Always we had wanted to go there, and this way we did it. We were in Bolivia to the neighborhood of one month, were in different places, beautiful landscapes, holidays and unforgettable ceremonies: events that happened in the measure that we us were internalizing in this country.

First, we take a flight to Calama, there we take a bus to enter in the south of Bolivia, come to Uyuni, place where the biggest salar of the world is, it was beautiful and the days accompanied us to know it flooded. Then, we decide to go to Oruro, to the carnival, religious holiday in which the peoples of Bolivia do the offering to the Mother Earth; it is a holiday known worldwide, but the ritual is realized in all the departments of Bolivia. In Oruro, we knew a few friends who invited us to visit his people, which was towards the mountain chain, near the frontier limit with Chile, the people was called Yanquera Marka, and it was a mystical experience in which we submerge, being the foreign only ones, in the rites and celebrations that our friends realized: between the activities, we had to take part in a procession which aim was to visit all the places of the territory, blessing the persons, accompanied of very much alcohol and dances, singings and music: bass-drums and tarkas were the instruments.

I must confess that already to the fourth day we were a bit tired of the routine in Yanquera: to take beer, to dance, to eat and to take beer, every day. So we decide to go away to La Paz, this way to rest and then to see that to do. La Paz is the only, interesting city architectonically, and much more cosmopolitan than Santiago. Place of meeting of many cultures that are interested for travelling to Bolivia. Also it is a place where the holiday rises of tone, only to say that there is very much rock and roll!!!!! La Paz was the place in which more we were, it was exquisite to be going to restaurant to eat show restraint that here they cost the triple one: perfect!! Also we were in Coroico and in a community afroboliviana called Tocaña. These places were more sylvan, when I came to Chile it was enrronchado for all sides.

Enterteining what to remember this trip!! Even having returned was the whole odyssey: almost we lose the flight in plane in Calama; but it for another history!!

CAN: MOTHER SKY

I like the good music, I believe that is very important to know or to understand the origin of the bands because that speaks of the creative capacity of the musicians...

Well, I speak to you about a german musical band called Can. Yes, that's his name!!
I remember that the first time to that I them listened was in house of a friend, It was when I entered at University... what times!

'Can' is a part of a generation of german musicians of ends of the decade of 60; after  Germany was defeated by the "Allies" in the second World War. The music of this country was invaded for occidentals influences from USA and UK: bands like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, or singers as Elvis Presley are rejected by these musical young persons who want to create his own musical art. They didn´t want  Rock and Roll!!!

Can is predecessor of the electronic music. The use of synthesizers is very, very important for to characterize to this band. Can is a part of music style called Kraufrock; other bands that they represent to this style are: Kraftwerk and Popol Vuh (the filmmaker Werner Herzog used his compositions for his movies: "Aguirre der zorn gottes")

Can is psychedelic, of the good one. It has songs for all the occasions, when you are happy, when you are driven to despair, when you want descontrol, it is enough to light the sound system to raise the volume to the maximum and already your body will be doing the rest: in the best parties of my life Can has been my companion of dance.

For my, the Can's best disc is Monster Movie, but the best song is of the disc Soundtrack and is called Mother Sky; it is a song of approximately 20 minutes, a situation in which the battery, the guitar, bass guitar, together to the synthesizer they make vibrate all your body.

OBSCURES LIGHT

Tomorrow, I'll to go the Cordillera. I will walk to lose me, say, to find me...I will go out early, say, in the morning for I don't want find me with someone... I want to exit in the silence; I assure that I will don´t noise... 

In silence I will walk by the left sidewalk, for that the light of the daybreak doesn´t reveal the shadow that for end I will move away. So, I will walk slowly to remember that there isn´t return... I will go to the Cordillera and I will see where I've grown. I will sing, no, I will yell blasphemy, true blasphemies! I will laugh and give zigzag turns like the junkie, alone, that passing in the night on the street is accompanied by dogs barking, barking with fear and sorrow, they in chorus calling help and shuuuuuu, and close the snout!

Tomorrow, tomorrow will be a different day! I´ll wait for you there, above, where there aren´t shadows. But you remember that must to exit in the silence... They will want to stop you!!

Silence, silence, you must to listen the silence... nothing more that the silence... if you hear them, you cannot get out of the shadow that blinds with the light of the certainty. If you come with me, you will can to see limits of the shadows: we will dance to exhaustion because the light isn´t a single, the rays of sun enlighten human what lurks!!

FACSO in strike

I understand that the strike is part of social movement that it's characterizing the day to day in country our. I think that is complex to propose a view point about student movement. The reasons are various:

Firstly, the student petitions are known for everybody. They aren't strange the needs of country our for a better education, it should be free for all, without excluding anyone that who wants to study. At bottom, we want equality: dream beautiful, but with many divisions.

Secondly, the divisions are found in the value appreciations and that makes us position ourselves in positions different, it isn´t bad but generates many discussions unnecessary.

Now, the Universidad de Chile has the same two problems, while we live the locality of its faculties, and its discussions skewed by biased interests: I think that falls into the dynamics of forgetting the substance of the matter: the possibilities of development we have us, as rights, as humans we are. Although many want a public education, the politic with her wiles impede progress because its logic is intrinsic to the way policy is made. The goal is the same; everyone wants the welfare of people and competes for that purpose. So, we could be ten years more in the same.

I think a good way to build changes "profound and radicals" is questioning our own morality that which protects in the negation of the other in order to give more weight to what we think and say:

I refer to everyday living always considering the "to share". It's the way I think it would serve to overcome the current political logic, empathy is something forgotten, that demonstrates the level of violence in which we live. For example, a good way to participate in strikes is generating different activities, for me the problem is always focused on the ability to recognize our culture, that's the first thing that invades and destroy when they want to impose a new system on a society (like the neoliberalism)...

So, I want to invite you to a film series which will be starting next week (Tuesday), at 6.30 in the "cenicero chico", will present "Hombre mirando al sudeste" directed by Eliseo Subiela. It will make a bonfire for cold and be sold "navegado" to fund a project called Taller de Artes y Oficio.

Expensive Shit

Inteligencia, creatividad y educación pública.

Oh god!
After I listened and looked the video Kem Robinson says school kill creative, I have thought that the school don´t go invented for that everybody think. The school, the public education searchs to instruct  to the children more than to educate.
Now, what is the difference since to instruct and to educate? I think in only one difference: the first refer to the discipline, order and to reject the difference; the second, simply it refers to the equality condition in the relation since children, but too in the relation whit the educator. Educate is the acknowledgement of the difference, of the creative ability in each human, and too it refers to a "learning shared". We know that the public education transmit the knowledge that the State believe useful for the people, too, we know that the decisions of the State are subjugate for the Market, which enjoy thought that we are alone. The school reproduce this relation.
Anyone that stand out in the instructions in the school, anyone child that play in him creativity will be restrain for to want to be in others place.

Expensive Human

I had a lot of motivation, but I lost that desire...
I wanted to make a presentation about Contemporary Chilean Literature. In particular, I was going to analyze two novels: "Hijo de Ladrón" written by Manuel Rojas and  "Tengo miedo Torero" written by Pedro Lemebel: both refer to a marginal Chile. That is the interpretation that I should make, so, both novels addresses stories silenced for the Modernization Project (development) in Chile.

Firstly, "Hijo de Ladrón" presents the life of a child: Anacleto, son of a thief recognized in the underworld of Buenos Aires. Anacleto and his brothers are orphaned and alone, as the mother dies and the father falls prisoner. Since then, the experience of the unfortunate young shows us the reality of modernity rejected, poverty becomes clear and all those popular knowledge denied. From Buenos Aires to Valparaíso, it is a travel across underworld with stops as jail, disease, sea and spiral relationship between life and death. 


Then, "Tengo miedo torero" refer the life of "la loca de la esquina", a fagot that lives in times of the excesive violence of the Militar Dictatorship. Pedro Lemebel present the story of a body rejected by the love, which is nestled in the arms of one who passes. Talk of the double standard of Chilean masculinity , located in times of struggle, where the courage needed male balls. La loca de la esquina immersed in planning the assassination attempt by the FPMR against the dictator Pinochet. A love seconded by revolution.
How can sociology address these novels? Sociology has many tools that serve to analyze these works. I am content now to mention that without these writers Chilean sociologists were able to identify the everyday problems of Chile. The marginality from the human aspect, from those who live it and not from those who see it (like sociologists)

Oh, the sociology!

So, I finished school in 2008. I did not know what to do with my life,  do who know what to do with 18 years old? I don´t know. Now, I did not know what to do but I knew what I didn´t have to do: my parent wanted that I will enter at university and I did that. Why sociology? Because... because it was a discipline not much traditional and I like the kinds not traditional: I thought the tradition was a shit and the sociology was not much familiar.

Now that I study sociology I can to say it's a discipline in relation to the social relations, with the Chilean society, clear, I could say the sociology is a discipline that contribute to society, but what are criteria the there are criteria for to found what the best criteria are? I don´t know. The public politics are a contribution for the society, but there are a lot of ways to interpret the social problem. It´s relative to the (theoretical)  paradigm. But, yes, the sociology contribute to the society.

Really, I don´t think in the professional idea. I think the sociology is a tool that allows to the people (or students) grow and to grow competencies for contribute to the social investigation and, specially, to the knowledge.

I haven´t a favorite subject, well I think that to ''learn to know'', it need to know outsiders theory (or subject like the sociology) The sociology is a ''order of tool'' of social phenomenon, and it´s fine. The problem (that interest me) is the limit of the knowledge: the forms for to know, the question for the 'how', it permit to recognize the methodology of the investigators, for example. The human has corporal limits, his knowledge is limited.

The knowledge is an important question in my life, I think the life is always in the limits: it permit to improve!

Without Routine

I'm up in arms with the routine, with the norms, with the law! Why? because yes!

Why does it accept the orders? What does it take us to obey?

I think the norms exist like a demonstration of power, of power on others, on the things, on our ideas... a power on the social relations, and this power isn't common to all!

This’s the problem!

How many  people decide our norms? Who’re they? Which’s the route to go?

In this moment, I don't know if they are persons or other things who take our decisions! But, I'm not up in arms with the norms or laws, if not that, I'm up in arms with the institution o group the 'special persons' in the theme, for example: why do we have that to work five or six days in the week? I think  it  is unhealthy, or why do we have to spend so much money for to life? Where do they born these needs?  Why’s ‘the life' so much expensive? It could  all be easier: the life has to be to enjoy it.

We can work, yes but we haven´t always to be working  (or to be buying).

We should be more sensitives with our lives and our bodies, and our enjoyment with others!

The problem isn't the power, the problem is on who want all power!

They are always the same! The same faces, the same intentions, the same act mode!

Do they enjoy? I believe they don't enjoy with anything because they always want it all, and everyone are yours enemies!

But, we say to you: "We are for the others and since the others, we are with the others: the possibility  to enjoy is with a we"

TRANSGRESSION

I think is interesting to understand the corporeality of body since the routine. It's the question for the conscience of the person respect to ours practices, but, also it's the questions respect to the limits of ours body; it isn't refer at physically possible if not to the limits on the practices of ours bodies; the symbolism, the interpretation and representation of transgressors practices in the life, in the socials relations, etc.
This theme is interesting because generate tension in the institution that represent the socials relations on the practices, (tensions) with the humans actions. It's paradoxical that the eroticisme being a social practice, this refer to the  practices that transgress the laws, the socials regulations, etc., so, could there be an institution that regulate the transgressions?
The sociology address the socials relations since the regularities of the practices, so many collectives like, also, singles. So, what is the eroticisme? I think that the eroticisme is a social practice that link the socials laws with the sexuals practices, always it's referring to the relation between the prohibition and transgression.

the ambition about life

It's difficult to reference to the ambitions, above all because it hopes a disposition just before the social order and  that is very far of my present. Maybe, a possible ambitions would be that I will find equilibrium, therefore, I could project that in the differents fields of life, for example, in the work or in the social relations whit others humans. I think that the ambitions have a aspect that limit the persons actions, because it make that the person disdain the around ocurrences, if the ambitions don't respond to commones questions and only reference to personals desires, those ambitions don't have meaning for me. So, it's important that we find emotional equilibrium four our actions (and their objectives) project oneself  a best social life leavel centered in the social relations, in the coexistence practices, in the social comunication, at least in a micro context. Anyway, speak about the ambitions produce many reflexions about the future, it's very difficult speak about future when the projects and ambitions are already imposed.

It's an experience like nowhere other. The machine seal the road. It can't be! - says the constrict thief. 

He has that to jump to the time on that the men in green arrived to his capture. Those gentlemen that to end
